6 + months ago I would have given this business a 5 star rating. Services are no longer easily accessible and wait times have increased. Four of the last 5 times I have tried to drop in the business closed early, it was not open or the one Stylist was backed up. You promote that guys don't like to wait and ease of accesibility and this has become a significant issue. Please get back to your business plan and get creative on retaining staff so we can get back to the service we came to expect.

so I was in there yesterday 9/22/2020 the manager had purple colored hair and was vaping while my husband got a wash after his hair cut...i find it VERY disrespectful 😒 ok and the manager was talking to one of the other employees telling her how she has to wear a NFL shirt that the manager will buy from goodwill....and they have to share the shirt...can you say lice or skin diseases..eww I also do not support the NFL so you should show a different show on your tvs....this is VERY upsetting to us and I will not come back if these things do not get recitified

I called from the parking lot to request a haircut and respect social distancing procedures in place. I was told there was currently no wait from someone I told I was in the parking lot. Under the impression that there was a stylist available I walked inside to get a haircut. The woman whom I’m assuming answered the phone proceeded to check me in and then left saying she wouldn’t be the one to cut my hair. The other stylists even commented that she was leaving so soon. Approximately 20+ minutes later I left without said haircut. There was no one that walked in from the time I called to the time I walked in, nor anyone with an appointment that walked in after me. I would have gladly scheduled an appointment or planned differently if she would’ve been straightforward with the wait time.
